Air Permeable Belting
Air Permeable Belting comes in a range of materials & constructions.
Designed for the pneumatic conveying of dry powers the belts are totally rot & mildew resistant and all provide outstanding uniform air permeability.
Polyester Needled 1950 & 1951 belts are designed specifically for air gravity conveyors. These belts are designed to fluidize dry bulk powders such as: cement, barite, silica, alumina, flour, fly ash, etc. Polyester Needled belts are found in air gravity conveyors in: silos, rail cars, barges, ships & tank trailers.
Polyester Needled belts provide several advantages over Solid Woven Polyester belts. Polyester Needled 1950 & 1951 belts do not require stretching prior to installation & will not unravel when cut or punched.
High Temperature HiHeat Needled Polyester/Kevlar belt is used in air gravity conveyors where temperatures exceed the maximum allowable with polyester fabrics. High Temperature HiHeat is an economical alternative to ceramic or stainless steel media below 260°C. (315°C intermittent)
Solid Woven Low, Medium & High Permeability Polyester belts are designed specifically for air gravity conveyors. Used to fluidize dry bulk powders such as: cement, barite, silica, alumina etc. Solid Woven Polyester belts are found in air gravity conveyors in silos, rail cars, barges, ships & tank trailers.
